Invited for a Turing test, forgot to bring my screwdriver.

When you know the art of taming dinosaurs but you landed on earth after their extinction, too bad! Or when you have the ambition of flying an air plane but the government says NO! thank you ‘mam’. And it sucks even more when you are a genius mathematician but oh shoot! you do not fit among the commonwealth of so called heterosexuals. So much for the flash, messing up the timeline. The last exemplification was sort of related to this brilliant movie The Imitation Game.
Based on the biography of Alan Turing by Andrew Hodges the movie shadows the work of protagonist in breaking the Nazi code and thereby playing a major role in victory over the Germans during the World War II. Alan Turing was the same man whose research inspired the creation of computer. The storyline is strong. Portrayal of Alan Turing by Benedict Cumberbatch really feels like real. Although if you aren’t into World War movies I’m sure you would be keen to know about the father of computer science. And also if you like the idea of Turing test we have one more movie in stock for you :Ex Machina. To conclude I would say that if you’re into drama/ computers/ biography or even movies it is a must watch ;).
I liked this movie. I think if Turing hadn’t killed himself he probably would have come up with a computer that would be as popular if not more so than Apple or PC. In other words, it would have been him who would have introduced the desktop computer.

True that, not only desktop computers would have been developed early by but also there would have been a possibility of holographic phone calls in 20th century. Let’s not lose our hopes maybe in some parallel universe he’s still alive ;).

Not sure if I sent my original comment. This is a test to see if it takes.

My original comment didn’t get sent. I liked this movie. I think if Turing hadn’t killed himself, he would have been the first one to introduce us to a revolutionary desktop computer vs. Steve Jobs.
